Our work focuses on creating and improving habitats where wildlife can thrive.

Conservation That Makes a Real Difference

Woodland restoration

Bird box installation

So far Restore Habitat UK has directly restored over 50 acres of woodland over the 2,000 acres of land that we manage.

This year alone with your help we've installed over 100 additonal bird boxes across our land.

Community conservation projects

Educational and volunteer opportunities

One of our latest projects in creating the "Wellbeing Woodland" aimed at connecting people together through nature.

We regularly hold talks about conservation and how you too can help at home.

Every Donation Has a Purpose

We believe supporters deserve to know where their money goes.

For Restore Habitat UK, it's important to us that every penny donated goes towards the right cause.

Through donations so far we've installed over 250 bird boxes, managed over 2,000 acres of land and more projects are still flying in!

The UK is one of the most nature-depleted countries, with 1 in 6 species currently facing localised extinction. We hope to mitigate this by creating the specialised habitats they require not only to survive but to thrive.

 Our Philosophy

At Restore Habitat UK, we believe that when nature thrives, people thrive.
Healthy habitats are the foundation of a healthy environment. Every woodland, hedgerow, meadow and wetland plays an important role in supporting wildlife, improving biodiversity and creating places where future generations can connect with nature.

We believe conservation should be practical, transparent and accessible. Real change comes from restoring habitats, protecting existing ecosystems and working alongside local communities, landowners and volunteers to create lasting environmental improvements.

Every project we undertake is guided by a simple principle: leave nature in a better condition than we found it.

Whether we're installing bird boxes, restoring woodland, creating wildflower meadows or helping communities reconnect with the natural world, our goal is always the same: to create habitats that support wildlife for decades to come.

We also believe that everyone can play a part in nature's recovery. No contribution is too small. Every volunteer, every supporter and every donation helps restore habitats and protect the species that depend upon them.

Nature has an incredible ability to recover when given the opportunity. Our role is to provide that opportunity, protect it, and ensure it continues long into the future.

What you can support

Some Of Our Amazing Projects

01

Wellbeing Woodland

A peaceful woodland where people can reconnect with nature through guided walks, volunteering and quiet reflection. By improving habitats while improving wellbeing, we create spaces that benefit both wildlife and local communities.

02

Nesting Areas

We install and monitor bird boxes, bat boxes and other nesting habitats to provide safe places for wildlife to breed. Every nesting site helps support declining native species and strengthens local biodiversity.

03

Ponds

Ponds are among the most valuable habitats for wildlife. We create and restore freshwater habitats that support amphibians, dragonflies, birds, mammals and countless aquatic species.

04

Habitat Restoration

From woodland management and hedgerow planting to meadow creation and invasive species control, we restore damaged landscapes so wildlife has the space it needs to recover and thrive.

05

Community Support

We believe lasting conservation happens when communities are involved. Through volunteering, educational events and local partnerships, we help people become active custodians of the natural world.

06

Educational Talks

Inspiring the next generation is essential. We deliver talks, workshops and hands-on experiences that help people understand the importance of biodiversity and how everyone can make a positive difference.

Become Part of Nature's Recovery

Together, we can restore habitats, protect wildlife and inspire future generations.

Every action makes a difference. Whether you choose to donate, volunteer your time, sponsor a bird box or simply share our mission, you're helping create a future where nature can thrive.

From planting native trees and restoring woodland to creating nesting habitats and supporting community conservation, your support has a lasting impact on wildlife across the UK.

Nature can't do it alone. Together, we can make a difference.
